1. Expanded parking

2. More space for gathering, adult learning, choir, sacristy, Sunday School, multi-media possibilities, music lessons, community meeting space, etc.

3. Additional staff for family ministry or youth ministry or volunteer coordination or discipleship making, paid Cherry Tree Club Director.

4. Redesign front of building to clarify entrance and improve presentation (first impression)

Cultural Dreams – What we like to see happen in the next 3-5 years

Fostering a congregational climate of serving, faith sharing (witnessing) caring for one another, intergenerational participation, evangelism and financial generosity. 

Staff Dreams – What we like to see happen in the next 3-5 years

Calling of Youth Minister or Family Life Minister or Children’s’ Minister or Ministry Coordinator, etc. 

* While many dreams were gathered and are still in consideration, these are the dreams most often expressed and are in keeping with our current understanding of our purpose (As Joyful Disciples Living the Faith we Connect, Grow and Serve in Jesus’ Name) as a community of faith. This list of dreams was affirmed by the Council (on 12.9.08) and congregation (on 1.26.09).
